Our first discussion
This is the first step in turning your idea into a reality. It is all about finding out what your needs are, and the optimum kerbing or concrete solutions that we can help with, to make it happen for you.
Also at this stage, it gives you a chance to ask any questions about the process from here so you feel fully informed.
We PROMISE to tell you how things will work, what is realistic and achievable so you can make the right decisions for you.
Initial job outline and quote
This is where we take your ideas and put a solid plan around making it happen.
We will tell you exactly what is needed, a provisional estimation of time and cost for any alternatives you are considering.
With smaller projects it will be easy to quote a final timescale and price to you. If there is the potential for any variation in timeframe will we let you know NOW… not later.
Ensure compliance with any local regulations
We make sure any project we do for you meets any shire regulations. In the rare cases where they may be the for a surveyor we can recommend one that will quicken the whole process and have you covered with all we need to.
This is one of out unique points of difference to make our service to you the best it can be.
Lock in Job schedule (time plan) and final costing
We need to make sure all is well with you, tick everything off before we start and of course lock in the final timeframes for each landmark of the project and adopt our NO SURPRISE final quote approach.
Finance discussion (if required)
It may be that you are already in a position to fund your project without additional help. BUT if you do need some finance assistance then here is the great news…
We DO offer payment plan options that can help you in some circumstances. Simply ask.

Work area preparation
Our first job is often to make sure the area where we are work is fully prepared.
This is crucial not only in making sure that the right foundations are in place, but also helps us move the project along with miinimal potential complications and optimum end results.
We ALWAYS treat your home or work environement with the respect and care you deserve and that we would want for ourselves. We not only have equipment that minimises any potential mess and disruption as part of our service but make sure that what we are doing ‘fits’ with what else is going on in your home or business.
Getting the job done
This is the actual ‘execution” of the project where we begin to create in reality that project that we had invested the time in planning with you.
As well as providing an excellent standards of service catering to your requirements, again we always aim to reduce the impact on the rest of your home or work acticities.
There may be safety standards we wlll reinforce to you in detail during this time, but these will have been discussed in the planinng stages so you were fully prepared.
Practical completion
With intial work of your project nearing its end, we make sure that ALL of the high standards in which we pride ourselves have been adhered to right through to the final stage.

The final steps to make sure we have your boxes ticked!
Although many make little noise about this stage of a project, to us it has vital importance. We take pride in our work and want it to be something you are delighted with. That is what you deserve and what we want to acheive..ALWAYS.

Completion inspection
You final inspection of our work is important to us as it’s a chance to identify anything that is not as it should be and it fixed before handover.
Although it is rare as we are meticulous with our checking before this step, we WANT this final check, as we are sure you do, for that extra peace of mind for us that we have done what we set out to, and have delivered something that we can both be proud of, and excited about.
